I know most people write to complain about a service or a product. I am taking the time to contact you because I have been so impressed by the service and product at ur dealership. I have driven numerous different vehicles over time but never a Dodge. The Dodge Journey caught my eye and I came to have a look and test drive the Journey Crew 2011. I fell in love with the vehicle and decided to make a deal. Leon was unbelievably helpful and worked very hard to get the right vehicle, and work with me to get the numbers to make sense. He returned every call promptly, followed up constantly and kept every commitment he made. I must be honest many dealerships are attentive until the car leaves their lot and then service level declines.

As a mother to 4 kids being without a vehicle is impossible! Twice I have had an issue where I have needed an immediate service and Leon did not hesitate to rush me in, offer me a lift and return my journey ASAP. Your service department are friendly, polite, helpful and terrific. This past week Robert Lo and Jovi Dativo went above and beyond to assist me, even staying later to complete the repair. They detailed my car with a better attention than most car wash places!

I will definitely be returning to Dodge for my next vehicle when my lease is up, and specifically your Minoru location.

Again thank you for the wonderful product and fabulous service. I believe these staff deserved recognition and kudos.

BEST Car Dealership

For those people who consider buying a car from here, I strongly recommend to do it. This is the most warm, happy, and BEST car dealership in Great Vancouver. I purchased my Fait 500 (I love it so much) from Cliff last month, and then I went to Westminster Toyota for FJ Cruiser. And my family is going to get a Nissan Rouge. But none of them provides this happy and warm feeling to us. Nissan Automall Dealership is the worst, not recommended. I left a post here last time, but I gonna leave one more time. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!! I wish all of the car dealership are as good as your guys.

Just wanted to thank you for your assistance in finding a suitable car and work at getting the financing to make it happen.

But, more importantly, in my books, anyway, was you following through on your word to arrange for the tires the vehicle needed as the treads left were not suitable for driving in heavy rain or some snow. I had nothing in writing, at the time of the sale and it could have been easy enough, as some salesman might have done, to just ignore my calls.

The tires were installed this morning. Thank-you for being good for your word.
